When Can I Ride?
Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (No trip request is started after 5:30 p.m.) Please be ready for your ride at least one hour before your scheduled appointment. Pick-ups are usually at least thirty (30) minutes before your appointment time.  However, clients should always be ready one hour prior to their appointment time.  Out of county medical transportation will require earlier pick-ups. A driver may only wait five (5) minutes for you to board the van.
